Look how gray the sky is!

But for a few glorious minutes just before noon, the sun burst out from the clouds at the back of the house and made everything glow. You can see the shadow of the roof peak in the bottom right.

I’m so glad I captured this moment – have a wonderful weekend!

I love when the sun makes an appearance like that! We are having similar weather so any sun sightings are appreciated.

Yaaay for the sun! I know that feeling well. My backyard and large windows on the house face the south and when the sun appears in winter I run to the large glass doors and stand there and enjoy.

Lucky you! My window faces the north (and in this old farmhouse, leaks cold air all winter). I have to rely on the roof peak shadow to let me know. 🙁
