    Of the authors mentioned above, I have two novels by Ishiguro on my shelves that I haven’t gotten to yet, and have read Half of a Yellow Sun by Adichie.

    I actually really enjoy Barbara Kingsolver’s writing, as well. The Poisonwood Bible is one of my all time favourite books. So, if I was lucky enough to win, I think I’d have to go with a paperback copy of Flight Behaviour.

    Ha Jin’s Waiting is one of those books that came as a complete surprise to me – I know he’s written short stories but am not sure if he’s written novels since. I mist check that out.

    Hi! Thanks for the giveaway. I’m doing one as well, and if you’ve seen it, you know my reading tastes tend toward the “dubious literary” such as Chuck Palahniuk, Stephen King, and the other authors I’m giving away.

    With that said, I’ve read a lot of the classics (and enjoyed some of them). I read The Poisonwood Bible by Barbara Kingsolver when I was in… high school? college? It was 80 million years ago, anyway. I really enjoyed it and I’d love a chance to read more of her books.

    And I see that there is a title by Von Arnim on offer! I love her work as well and would love to own one of her books besides The Enchanted April.
